100% online consultations (Australia Wide)
Online initial and return naturopathic consultations are conducted with Chloe via Zoom or telephone. Consultations include:
- A pre-consultation health history questionnaire and intake form;
- Analysis of any recent (6 months or less) testing;
- a 60 minute detailed discussion with Chloe;
- Referrals for any further testing, a comprehensive individualised treatment plan and
- An assessment of current health, dietary, lifestyles and environmental factors.
Whilst Chloes see’s a variety of presentations in clinic she has a special niche in treating those with:
